This class is designed for moms and their partners who have given birth by cesarean one or more times and are interested in having a vaginal birth. The class will cover topics such as:
- TOLAC- Trial of Labor After Cesarean
- Risks and benefits of VBAC
- Risks and benefits of a repeat cesarean
- Choosing the right healthcare provider
- Increasing your chances of a successful VBAC
- Understanding local hospital VBAC policies
- Developing strategies for self-advocacy
- Reviewing stages of labor and comfort activities.
